In the past I have had many nights of broken sleep as a result of rolling onto my back and snoring. Since using sleepQ+ however, my quality of sleep has improved dramatically. It is easy to apply, easy to remove, causes no discomfort whatsoever, and it lasts right through the night. I strongly recommend this product to any snorers out there. Believe me, it works!
There is no doubt I snored because I breathed through my mouth at night. Keeping my mouth closed with sleepQ+ is as simple as it gets. What a great invention!
Using sleepQ+ with my CPAP means no more dry mouth and throat that woke me up several times each night and has eliminated the heavy sinus head that I would wake up with in the morning due to breathing through my mouth. I suffer from post nasal drip and snoring. My symptoms have improved since using sleepQ+ as this product has allowed me to sleep with my mouth closed. As an extra bonus I no longer need to sip water throughout the night. I have appreciated the ability to still open my mouth when I want to yet still be able to re engage the seal. SleepQ+ has been part of my pre-bed routine for the past six months. I apply about one cm each night. If I want to speak or cough, it is very easy to reopen my mouth with a quick lick, and close it again to re-seal. Otherwise my mouth stays closed until morning. I am no longer awakened by 'snorts' several times each night. When I want to remove sleepQ+ it is easily wiped off. My quality of sleep has been greatly improved by using this product and I highly recommend it. It's simply brilliant.
