Our 'Nothing To Lose' Returns and Refunds Policy

sleepQ+ has been tested on many people to prove it works and is safe. However, due to biological differences there may be some people who will not have a satisfactory experience with sleepQ+ or they may simply decide it's not for them. No product meets the expectations of everyone so please read our FAQs before ordering. 

Our 'Nothing To Lose' guarantee.

If you try sleepQ+ and it does not meet your expectation for any reason we will refund the purchase price and your payment for shipping (see Returns & Refunds below).

If you are happy to tell us why you were disappointed with our product we may post your comments on our website to help others who may have the same issue to consider your comments before ordering. 

Also, to save you any future inconvenience, we will keep a record of your name, address and delivery details so if you should forget our product failed to satisfy you and you place another order, we will remind you not to go ahead with that purchase. 

If your order is damaged in transit or if you change your mind and want to return our product before opening the pack post the pack to:

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your return will be processed and a full credit, including shipping, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or a replacement order will be shipped to you, depending on your instructions to us.


If you open the pack and use some of the product and then decide you are not happy with it:

  1. Cut completely through the body of the tube just below the nozzle

  2. Take a photo, clearly showing the severed tube and your receipt/invoice details 

  3. Email the photo and your request for a refund to our Contact address 

  4. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Note: Refunds will be accepted for one tube only. For orders of multiple tubes, see our Returns Policy above.
