How much does shipping cost and how long will it take for my goods to be delivered?
Please note, delivery times for orders outside the US and Australia are subject to customs clearance at port of entry.
My order hasn’t arrived, where is it?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day and shipping times are subject to customs clearance at port of entry. If your order is late please contact us and we will get back to you with details about the delivery. If we find your order is lost in transit we will re-send your order at no cost to you.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation generated immediately upon successful order submission.
What happens if a product I’ve ordered is out of stock?
Our ordering system will advise you before your order is accepted if the product is out of stock and decline payment. Please try re-ordering again after 10 days.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you don’t love our product for any reason we will fully refund your purchase price and shipping cost. Your refund will be in the form of whatever method of payment you used for your purchase. See our REFUNDS policy for more details.
What if my order is damaged during delivery?
We take care in packaging all orders securely, however product may be damaged in transit. If you are not able to use the product due to damage please return the order to us as directed under RETURNS on our website and we will send you an identical order.
What credit cards do you accept?
We offer secure payment through PayPal and accept payment by Visa and Mastercard.
What entry will show on my credit card statement?
RespiraCorp Pty Ltd is the name that is recorded on your credit card statement.
Is it safe to supply my credit cards details over the Internet?

Do I need to sign for the delivery and what happens if I’m not home when the delivery person comes?
Orders to the US, Canada and UK are shipped from the US. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped by Australia Post.
No signature is required for delivery but if your order can't be delivered for any reason most delivery agents will leave a calling card at your address advising you how to collect the item.
What if I supply incorrect shipping details?
The Buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping details in the checkout process. If buyer enters incorrect shipping details and product is received by unintended recipient and not returned to our warehouse, then no refund will be provided. If unintended recipient returns product back to our warehouse, then we will reship the item to the correct address (if provided) and recharge shipping and handling fees to reship to the correct address. Entering the correct shipping details in the checkout procedure is the sole responsibility of the buyer and we will not be held responsible for any non-deliveries or returned orders due to buyer entering incorrect shipping details.
