I suffer from post nasal drip and snoring. My symptoms have improved since using sleepQ+ as this product has allowed me to sleep with my mouth closed. As an extra bonus I no longer need to sip water throughout the night. I have appreciated the ability to still open my mouth when I want to yet still be able to re engage the seal. I have also found that I only need to use a small amount of sleepQ+ so the tube lasts and lasts. This product does all the things it claims to do. Marion N
