I bought this product as I have sleep apnoea and use a CPAP machine with a nasal mask. This product keeps my mouth shut to maintain positive pressure as needed. I just wish the product was available throughout the world. 5 Stars.

My boyfriend snores, especially if he ends up sleeping on his back and his mouth falls open, so I suggested that he try taping his mouth at night.
He just smiles, shrugs and points at his beard and mustache, which raises a good point. It’s almost impossible for a man with facial hair to tape his mouth. But when I told him about SleepQ+, he was intrigued. It took him a week or so to come round to the idea but after he tried it just once, he was sold. He says he’s sleeping better, and waking up feeling more rested than he usually does.
He also says that the gel is easy to use, comfortable, doesn’t glue his mouth shut like superglue (which he was actually worried about, strangely enough), and it’s easy to remove in the morning.
I’ve also been using it too with good results, and I actually prefer sleepQ+ to taping my mouth so we’re converts to this innovative new product.

Interesting product
I can see how this product is needed - I bought it for my daughter who is allergic to tape and my husband who's whiskers get in the way. My daughter can't keep still for the time required to set the glue and the shelf life I should fairly limited for using sporadically but I can see the potential.

I think it is a very good product and is effective in keeping the lips gently sealed. However I made the mistake once of not properly screwing the top back on to the tube, and of course some of it dried out. Would suggest that a fixed top be designed with a flip-top lid?

For years I have put up with a most unsatisfactory sleeping routine at night because of having a dry mouth and waking up, drinking water, trying to get back to sleep, back to the bathroom and starting the whole cycle again. Recently a friend told me I might be mouth breathing during my sleep and told me to use sleepQ+. Tried it, and wow, it works! Easy to use, easy to remove and most importantly I am having a much more restful sleep with no more dry mouth.

Playing rugby for years left me with a smashed nose and almost not able to breathe thru it. I snored like a freight train because my mouth was open all night and it drove my wife crazy. She made me try sleepQ+ even though we both said it wouldn't work for me. Well it does and we are so glad to find something that gives us both better sleep.

My son is a snorer and also has frequent sinus congestion, sometimes resulting in severe sinus infection. He tried using sleepQ+ a week ago and reported a large reduction in sinus congestion in the morning. His wife reported that his snoring was reduced as well, a nice side benefit for her.

I am a retired GP, who has spent a life-time of waking up about every six weeks with a heavy head that lasts about two days and makes life feel difficult. I have used SleepQ+ for six months and in that time have not had a single heavy head. I am delighted with this result.
